Hi there, I'm Nelson Ortiz, the owner of our dynamic venture. With over 26 years entrenched in this industry, my journey has been nothing short of exhilarating. Before starting my own enterprise, I honed my craft at a specialty dealer in NYC and led the custom installation department for over 11 years. As the Director of Installation, I spearheaded the design and implementation of countless systems, overseeing a dedicated team of 6 to 8 professionals.

I began my career as a Store Manager for a well-known electronics chain in NJ, and excelled there for about 7 years. But my passion for this field didn't just materialize overnight; it began as a part-time gig during college. While interning at AT&T's pocket net division, I stumbled upon a help wanted sign at Tops Appliance City. Little did I know that my role as an Audio and Cell Phones sales rep would ignite my lifelong passion for the industry.

Beyond my professional endeavors, my heart lies with my family. You'll often find me cheering fervently for my favorite soccer team or embarking on travel adventures. I combine my wealth of experience with an unwavering enthusiasm for innovation to deliver perfection in every aspect of our business.

Hey there, I'm Carlos Cuellar], and I've been immersed in the world of audio/video technology for over 25 years. From my early days at 6th Ave. Electronics to my current role at Smart Home Integrations, I've specialized in sales, design, and installation of cutting-edge audio/video equipment.

During my tenure at Audio Connection and Stereo Exchange, I fine-tuned my skills as a High-End Audio/Video Sales Specialist. In this role, I gained valuable experience in catering to diverse client needs. Along the way, I've earned certifications from industry leaders like Rotel, B&W, Lutron, and Control4 to stay at the forefront of technological advancements.

As a proud member of CEDIA, I'm deeply committed to staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the industry. In recent years, I've expanded my expertise to include lighting control, HVAC integration, and other facets of the "Smart Home" concept. This has enabled me to provide comprehensive solutions to my clients.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I'm passionate about music and achieving the perfect sound in any environment. I've also been involved in soccer for over two decades, both as a player and a coach in a youth non-profit league. Giving back to the community is important to me, and I frequently volunteer at neighborhood events to support those in need.
